Description
I am a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement. Using minimally invasive techniques that allow for enhanced recovery, I conduct some total joint operations outpatient. My expertise is in robotic surgery, partial knee replacements and complex revision surgery for failed hip and knee replacements.
\n My clinical focus areas include a broad spectrum of orthopedic conditions, including all types of fractures and musculoskeletal pathologies. I have extensive research experience in orthopedics and have participated in more than 40 projects that have been presented or published in peer-reviewed journals or meetings. I am certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and scored in the 96th percentile on the written orthopedic board exam.
I am an active member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. \n I live in Charlotte with my wife and three daughters. In my free time, I enjoy playing and watching basketball, fishing and traveling with my family.
