Dr. David Gordon is an internal medicine provider with a special interest in headache medicine. Dr. Gordon has extensive experience in the management of complex headache patients and spent more than two decades in clinical research and direct patient care before joining Novant Health. Dr. Gordon has published extensively in the field of headache medicine, authored and co-authored major textbooks and contributed as investigator to more than 150 clinical and pharmacological research studies. He is experienced in headache care and interventional medicine techniques, including peripheral nerve anesthetic blocks, trigger point injections and Botox. In his free time, Dr. Gordon enjoys music, hiking and traveling with his family.
