(1) Worst Customer Service!

Unfortunately, I speak for many more people who have had similar bad customer service experiences. Just having a good Vet is not enough, and it takes a team to really be successful. I had the worst experience with their staff. They are horrible, and it seems like they are inventing ways to trick you and rip your pockets. My experience with them was horrible to say the least! When I searched them up on Bing/Google, along with their details, I ran into their Ad for "Free physical exam for new clients". So, I called them up and got my appointment. When I arrived at the front desk, I brought the Ad up, but they did not want to honor it and initially rejected it saying that it was only for Adult dogs. This was not true, however, and I had them pull the ad to confirm that even puppies were eligible. Once they agreed, I took my puppy to the physical exam and agreed to pay for vaccinations and any additional medication only. However, when it came time to pay, they tried to trick me and did not bother to tell me that they decided to charge me for the Physical exam when it should have been free! When I asked them, they came up with the excuse that I should have mentioned the Ad over the phone when I called in for the appointment. Even worse, the vet probably doesn't even know about what happened because they failed to inform him when I requested to speak to the Vet to share my dissatisfaction. Instead, the lady at the front desk brought in another staff member who made me feel worse and was audaciously rude. To me, it seemed as if they couldn't care less about losing a client as long as they made a profit off of tricking people and meeting their quota for the month. They pressured me into paying the full price without any discount. When I shared my experience with other pet owners, I was surprised to hear how they've had similar negative vet stories too. Ultimately, I was told to avoid this Animal Hospital because their only concern is how much money they make instead of how many pet lives they can save!
