The staff are very polite and helpful and will answer all your questions. I am pleased so far with my results and looking forward to see how it will continue to improve, especially after my Venus sessions. The only issue i have is that making appointments has proven to be difficult due to lack of staff I think. I am having to wait to long post-surgery & also getting my Venus Legacy done because there aren’t enough appointments available with my work schedule.

Overall, i had a very good experience with my procedure. From my very first consultation with Maggie until my most recent post op checkup, i felt a feeling of family working together to take care of my needs! I look forward to seeing the results of my surgery in the days to come!

After having my consultation with Maggie, I will definitely be making an appointment with Sonobello. Everyone at the office was very friendly and welcoming. Maggie is exceptional! If you are like me and just want to have more confidence and feel better about who you are, and your regular routine isnt working, definitely get your consultation as soon as possible. My experience with Sonobello was and is very rewarding. The staff and doctor was amazedly wonderful, from the administrative staff down to the doctor. The nursing staff was very informative and caring about the procedure I wanted to get done. They was able to advise me in making decisions that would promote a better result in what I wanted to accomplish. All my questions were answered with patience and care as well as my fear. On top of everything at the time of the procedure the doctor was fantastic, he too was very patience and gave me the sense of comforting in knowing that everything was going to be alright. During the procedure he were mindful of any little pain that I might have had and kept me informed of any changes that he done. The same day my procedure was done the doctor and nursing staff gave me a call, that meant a lot to me to know they cared. Thanks staff and doctor for a job well done.

Although I have not fully committed to the procedure, Krista was great! She explained the procedure in great detail and was very accommodating. She even offered a second consultation to allow my boyfriend to be involved.

Everyone took the time to listen to exactly what mine, and my moms goals were and why. We were given in depth information and all of our questions were answered on the spot. We both felt comfortable and left extremely happy that we decided to go with Sono Bello for our transformations. We are excited to continue this journey and can't wait to see our results!!

I have not tried the procedure as of yet but the staff are very pleasant and helpful they make you comfortable and they explain everything about the procedure in detail.

Everyone is super friendly. They know what they're talking about. And they work with you to make you feel comfortable and make sure you get great results. Jenna was amazing, so was the receptionist and Dr. Prat was really polite. Looking forward for surgery next week.

Dr. Crawford was amazing. He kept me laughing through out my procedure. The results thus far are marvelous. Everyday that passes by I see my body contouring to what I imagined it to be. The results are fabulous! The entire staff is superb, the go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Krysta is amazing!

I had a wonderful experience during my consultation at Sono Bello. Very appealing waiting room and office areas. The receptionists were friendly, and I enjoyed my session with my consultant Maggie McClendon. She listened to my concerns and helped me to narrow down the most problematic areas to address. I felt comfortable speaking with her, and she made the experience very personable. I hope to be able to schedule my procedures in the near future!

Definitely, Maggie was an amazing consultant. She made me feel very comfortable during my consultation. She explained the procedure to me in full detail and reassure that the Dr. Aos had been veterans at what they are doing.

I experienced great customer service, however I did not like how the advertising offers easy payment plans when they really don't have any other payment options other than them trying to get you to apply for a loan through one of their own lending companies. I felt a little mislead on the payment option part of it.

The entire staff there is truly amazing from the front desk ladies to miss Maggie to the nurses and the doctors everyone was so kind and so thoughtful and I would highly recommend this to anybody.

Wonderful experience, thus far! Kim was an awesome consultant, Elizabeth is always friendly and professional when I spoke to her. The nurses and Dr. Gellis was very accommodating, they follow up as promised AND they send emails to remind you of next steps. I can't wait to see my final results!!!

First and most of all I would like to thank the entire staff at Sono Bello Dr Willard perform my procedure with his bedside manner I just knew I was in good hands at times he had me laughing through the procedure also his assistant I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was awesome. From coming in to getting my consultation set up all the way to the end my experience was unbelievable. Elizabeth at the front desk made things easy with filling out the paperwork I highly recommend service if you wanted to make a change. My first week appointment after my procedure I was amazed to see the results and by the way I had lipo on my upper and lower ab.Smiling from ear to ear !!

I'm still speechless. I've gotten more than I expected from this experience. From my initial consultation to meeting Dr. Willard and his Team.
