Description

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Dilworth offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    Master Flexologist

    I attended The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and graduated with my Bachelor’s in Health, Exercise, and Sport Science. I completed my Master’s in Exercise Science from The Citadel Graduate College. To round out my education, I traveled to NYC to attend Tri-State College of Acupuncture and earned my Master’s in Acupuncture. When I wasn't hitting the books, I was on the baseball field as a starter for The Citadel’s Division 1 baseball program as an outfielder.

    I am a Southern California native and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years. My passion is to assist my clients in feeling and moving in the most optimal ways in order to maintain a healthy and enriched life. I bring a good sense of intuition and I try to integrate some of the things I have learned over the years into every StretchLab session. StretchLab has given me a great way to help a wide range of people and I work with some of the best professionals in the industry!

    I graduated from Appalachian State University with a BA in Dance Studies and a BS in Recreation Management. I have performed and choreographed for a variety of dance companies over the years. I also completed my massage therapy certification through the Center for Massage and Natural Health and I am a licensed massage therapist. I am excited to share my knowledge of the body with others to help them achieve their goals!

    I received my BS in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware and attended UNC Chapel Hill for my Masters in Athletic Training. Throughout my sports medicine career, I have experience training with a variety of high school, college, professional and Olympic level athletes. When I am not at StretchLab helping clients achieve their flexibility and mobility goals, I am hard at work developing my equestrian fitness business to assist horseback riders.

    I am originally from NY and I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Exercise Science. After working as a Personal Trainer for 4 years, I realized that no matter how fit or how old an individual is, everyone still lives with aches and pains from the activities of daily living. At StretchLab, I pride myself in creating long lasting relationships while also making a comfortable, goal oriented, environment to relieve many of those aches and pains for my clients.

    I grew up in South Charlotte playing softball and swimming which helped to develop my love for health and fitness. I went to school at UNC Wilmington where I graduated with a B.S in Exercise Science in 2014. I have been working as a Personal Trainer since 2016 and I have grown to love the one-on-one environment and the personal experience it creates. My favorite thing about StretchLab is the one-on-one aspect and making connections with our members.
